Another five independent restaurants are coming to Battersea Power Station this summer when the development’s first phase – Circus Village West – opens its doors to the public.
The latest list of new businesses coming to Circus West Village include:
Mother: From Copenhagen’s cool meatpacking district, Kødbyen, Mother is an Italian pizza restaurant without all the nonsense. Mother’s menu aims to offer really good, simple soul food. Their signature organic sourdough pizzas made with seawater is what best represents the Mother spirit along with the manufacturing of their own products like the mozzarella, the wine or the beer. This is the first international outpost of what is regarded as the best pizza restaurant in Denmark.
Wright Brothers: A new riverside seafood restaurant from the renowned London oyster and shellfish specialists. Wright Brothers will offer a menu of great fresh seafood and shellfish sourced from their wholesale business in Borough market, ensuring that only the finest and freshest produce makes the menu.
Dodd’s Gin: Award winning organic gin from London’s flagship boutique distilling group, The London Distillery Company. Dodd’s is a super-premium spirits brand handcrafted in small batches alongside partnership products made for The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and Fortnum & Mason. Dodd’s is building a dedicated gin distillery to create a world-class multi-sensory tour attraction focused on craftsmanship, cocktails and gin.
Ben’s Canteen: A neighbourhood hangout specialising in burgers, wine and brunch. Every night, grab amazing burgers, paired with exciting wines alongside snacks like duck nuggets and that Scotch egg. Come the weekend, they serve one of the best brunches in London, full of hangover curing indulgent treats, great coffee and epic Bloody Marys.
Duckroad: a sister restaurant to Soho’s Ducksoup and Rawduck in London Fields, it offers all-day dining from breakfast through to dinner. Its regularly changing menu is a celebration of seasonal, simple cooking.
Pedler Cru: An all-day neighbourhood eatery, with a daily changing menu, offering adventurous and quirky dishes from seasonal ingredients.
Vagabond: Award-winning, boutique wine shop and bar.
Flour Power City Bakery: Organic bakery and all day café serving delicious bread, pastries and cakes baked the artisan way.
The CoffeeWorks Project: Independent specialty coffee house showcasing the best coffees, tea and food.
The General Store: Diversely stocked general store and deli run by foodies passionate about the best in class produce and customer service.
No. 29, Power Station West: A relaxed neighbourhood bar and restaurant, serving great food all day, established by Darwin and Wallace.
Paul Edmonds: Hair and beauty salon by leading stylist to the stars Paul Edmonds.
The Village Hall (in partnership with Battersea Arts Centre): A dedicated space for events, arts, residents and visitors. A new venue for South West London which is programmed with performance, comedy and talks, with spaces available for both the residents and the local community to hire.
